The Construction of Sahara City Homes, Nagpur Commences

All approvals obtained from Central & State level Government including EIA

Nagpur, July 19, 2007: Sahara Infrastructure & Housing (Sahara I&H), India’s leading real estate company, informed that Sahara City Homes, Nagpur has received all the approvals from Central & State level government. The construction work at the106.65 acres township has already began with 350 units under construction and the total built up area under construction is 4.50 lacs sq. ft. Spread on an area of 106.65 acres Sahara City Homes Nagpur will house 2789 residential units. The total residential built up area of Sahara City Homes; Nagpur is 34 lacs Sq. Ft and commercial built up area is 3 lacs sq.ft.

These residential units will have a mix of 45 apartment blocks, 117 independent row houses, 56 independent semi-detached and 30 villas. Designed by the renowned architect Shri Hafeez Contractor this fully air-conditioned township will provide the best community living and will change the living standard of people of Nagpur.
